Returns and Exchanges 

All IBA Sports products are made and branded to order, which means we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Just send us a photo and brief description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Processing time: Returns may take up to 28 days to be completed.

Pre-Order Information / Cancellations

Many of our replica shirts are sold on a pre-order basis. If a product is available for pre-order, the listing will clearly display “PRE ORDER”, along with the closing date for that pre-order window.

Once the pre-order period ends, production and dispatch typically take up to 6 weeks. As each item is made to order, lead times may occasionally be extended depending on demand and manufacturing schedules.

Most IBA Sports products are made to order. For this reason, cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may have entered production, and cancellation will be considered at our discretion.
For products sold on a pre-order basis, cancellations must be requested before the pre-order deadline stated on the product page. Once this date has passed, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
