Delivery Policy

Orders for stock items are typically dispatched within 2 working days. During busy periods or sale events, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you accept full responsibility for its safe receipt. We are not liable for any parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee against courier delays. If there’s a delay in dispatching your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
